Todd Brock

Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Brock brings extensive experience managing and directing companies towards their financial and strategic goals.  He is an active Senior Partner of Brightstar Capital Partners, a New York-based private equity firm focused on investing in closely held, middle-market companies.  He has served on numerous boards, including the board of a large specialty industrial maintenance service provider, PSC, LLC, a leading provider of industrial cleaning and hazardous waste management services, Remedial Construction Services, L.P. (RECON), an environmental remediation and geotechnical construction contractor, and Sunny Sky Products, a dispensed beverage company.  His introduction to industrial services began when he initially joined a maintenance service company in 1986 and served as its Chief Operating Officer during a twenty-year period of tremendous growth.  This growth was fueled by the expansion of the company’s core industrial coatings services into a variety of complementary services such as scaffolding and insulation, and was also driven by the structuring of long-term maintenance alliances with key customers.  Under his and his brother’s guidance, the business became a leading multi-craft maintenance service provider in the industry and in 2006 was sold to a private equity investor, after which Mr. Brock served as Chairman of the Board from 2006 to 2014.  At the end of his tenure as Chairman, the business had grown to approximately 18,000 employees.  Mr. Brock is an active philanthropist through the Todd Brock Family Foundation and focuses his giving and service toward Christian causes, concentrating on domestic ministries in addition to laborers in Dubai and orphans in Zambia.  He is a graduate of Texas A&M University and an active supporter of Business Honors Program at Mays School of Business.

Travis Brisco

President

Mr. Brisco brings nearly 30 years of management experience in industrial services with proficiency in strategy, operations, P&L management, business development, and safety.  Prior to joining Partner Industrial as a founding member of the team, he served as President of U.S. Operations for a large specialty industrial maintenance service provider.  In this capacity, he oversaw all maintenance, turnaround, and capital project activities performed by the company’s 15,000+ domestic workforce representing over $1 billion in annual revenue.  He initially joined that company in 1994, working in site management and operations until 2000 when he was promoted to President of one of their primary operating divisions.  In 2003, he was named President of two of company’s largest regions, where he managed a tenfold revenue increase through a combination of acquisitions and organic growth over a six-year period.  In 2009, Mr. Brisco was named Group President and provided executive leadership for a 9,000-person organization and managed a 15% average annual growth rate.  From 2011 to 2013, he served as Director of Global Accounts with responsibility for the company’s international growth strategy, after which he was named President of U.S. Operations for the overall organization.  Mr. Brisco began his career at Merico Abatement Contractors, Inc. and is a graduate of the University of North Texas with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

Paul van Walleghem

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. van Walleghem brings significant experience in overseeing all financial, risk management, asset management, information technology and administrative functions of the Company.  Prior to joining Partner Industrial as a founding member of the team, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Evergreen Industrial Services, a leading provider of industrial cleaning services to the midstream and downstream energy sectors.  During his tenure with Evergreen, he led the successful implementation of new systems, programs, and processes which strengthened the foundation and administration of the business. This foundation allowed the company to consummate and integrate a highly strategic acquisition, and helped facilitate the eventual sale of the combined company to a larger private equity sponsor.  Prior to Evergreen, Mr. van Walleghem was with a large specialty industrial maintenance service provider where he served in various senior level capacities during his tenure.  As Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategic Initiatives he was instrumental in executing the company’s acquisition growth strategy which grew the overall business fourfold to over a billion dollars in annual revenue.  He later served as Senior Vice President and was responsible for the company’s operations across Latin America and the Caribbean.  Mr. van Walleghem started his career in investment banking where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions, most recently with Harris Williams & Co.  Mr. van Walleghem holds a B.B.A degree in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and an M.B.A from the University of California, Berkeley.

Doug Brittain

Senior Vice President – Strategic Initiatives & Operational Excellence

Mr. Brittain brings significant experience in overseeing operations, quality programs, performance management, and asset management. Prior to joining Partner Industrial, he served as Senior Vice President of Business Improvement for Brace Industrial Group, a leading provider of industrial maintenance and construction services. During his tenure with Brace, he led the development and management of corporate performance strategies, including the company’s quality assurance and controls practices, and oversaw their Asset Management Group. Prior to Brace Industrial Group, Mr. Brittain was the Senior Vice President of Corporate Performance for a large industrial maintenance service provider. During his seventeen-year tenure with the company, he led the development and management of corporate performance strategies, operational excellence program, the company’s quality assurance and controls practices, and their Managed Maintenance Programs. Mr. Brittain started his career with Eastman Chemical Company where during his twenty-year tenure he specialized in contracts administration and management, reliability, and quality management process improvements. Mr. Brittain belongs to and participates in several industry organizations including NACE, SSPC, NIA, ASTM, and SWICA.

Marty Stamey

Senior Vice President

Mr. Stamey brings 30 years of industrial and executive management experience to the organization.  Prior to joining Partner Industrial, he was Chief Executive Officer for Vac-One Services, a leading hydro excavation company in the US Midstream market.  He continues to serve on the Board of Directors for Vac-One.  Prior to Vac-One Services, Mr. Stamey was the Chief Development Officer for a large specialty maintenance service provider for over 20 years, where he had functional responsibilities for corporate business development activities, marketing, customer value-added programs, alliance relationships, and account management functions.  Mr. Stamey was part of a senior management team that experienced significant growth by integrating multiple acquisitions, growing market share during several economic cycles and maintaining a focus on safety, customer service, process-driven solutions and innovations.  Mr. Stamey earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Western Carolina University.

Chris Goff

Vice President – Supply Chain & Asset Management

Mr. Goff bring significant experience in strategy, finance, procurement, and asset management. Prior to joining Partner Industrial, he worked at a large industrial maintenance services provider with 15,000+ employees and operations across North America. During his time with the company he held senior management positions in corporate finance and asset management. Most recently, Mr. Goff served as the Director of Asset Management where he was responsible for optimizing the utilization, monetization, and maintenance of the company’s vast fleet of fixed assets. He started his career as a Project Controls Analyst for Fluor, one of the world’s largest engineering, procurement, construction (EPC), maintenance, and project management companies. Mr. Goff holds a B.S. degree from Texas A&M University and an M.B.A from Rice University.

Rhonda Shepherd

Vice President – Controller

Mrs. Shepherd brings 20 years of experience in accounting and finance. Prior to joining Partner Industrial, she served as Controller for Evergreen Industrial Services, a leading provider of industrial cleaning services to the midstream and downstream energy sectors. As Controller, she was responsible for all accounting-related functions across the company, inclusive of all field and branch administration and payroll. During her tenure, she led the implementation of a new ERP system and several infrastructure process improvements. She was integrally involved in the integration of an acquisition, and she played a key role in the eventual sale of the combined company to a larger private equity sponsor in 2016. Prior to Evergreen, Mrs. Shepherd served as the Controller of a $500 million revenue diversified construction company where she was responsible for all accounting and human resources functions. Mrs. Shepherd began her career in the United States Marine Corps, where she was promoted to the rank of Sergeant.

Brian Wedemeyer

Vice President – Environmental, Health and Safety

Prior to his current role, Mr. Wedemeyer was the Director for HSE Compliance, where he oversaw the health, safety, and environmental performance of a large, industrial maintenance services provider with 15,000+ employees and over 290 domestic jobsites. In this role, Mr. Wedemeyer drafted the organizational HSE strategy, managed each of the program requirements and implemented an HSE IT platform to overhaul data management and reporting efforts.   Mr. Wedemeyer began his career with Rowan Drilling as a roustabout while attending Texas A&M University. Upon graduation, he was commissioned into the United States Marine Corps as a Second Lieutenant. As a CH-53 helicopter pilot, he was awarded the Defense Meritorious Service Medal, five Air-Combat Medals and several other personal awards. In 2012, Mr. Wedemeyer completed his service and returned to the energy industry where he served in several capacities including senior buyer, project manager, and global account manager. He also founded the Industrial Scaffolding Committee (ISC) alongside five other major industrial scaffold providers. The ISC works with four community colleges and the Houston Area Safety Council to provide a training and certification program for industrial scaffold builders.
